Activation of passive candidates


The organization had a lot of traffic to the career site, but a conversion rate of less than 2%. They knew that more than 70% of potential job seekers were passive and therefore did not immediately apply for a job even if they were interested.


We've added The Office Day simulation game to the careers page, giving candidates the opportunity to apply indirectly. By playing, they gained information about their competencies and if their profile fit the requirements, they could skip two rounds of interviews and save a lot of time.


We increased the conversion rate of visitors to the career site from 2% to 8%. In addition, 75% of candidates who played the simulation game decided to apply for the position directly.
