We’ve always believed that people are the most important part of any company. And yet, the way many organizations work with people still relies on gut feelings rather than real insight. Back in 2018, we set out to change that. We began developing gamified assessments that help leaders uncover the real potential of their people in real-life situations.
But as we worked with more and more leaders, we noticed a pattern. They didn’t just want data. They needed support — something quick, clear, and genuinely helpful in their day-to-day leadership. Not another complex report or theory to read through after hours.
So we listened. We brought together our backgrounds in psychology, data science, HR, and AI and teamed up with a hands-on entrepreneurs and investors who added real-world leadership and business experience. And that's how Behavera was born.
